Exporting the Orders File
Within the Orders tab you can filter for your Orders by clicking on Expand Search and filtering accordingly. Once you find the Order(s) you are searching for, you will need to click on Export and select Orders (.CSV):
You should see a green confirmation bar at the top that lets you know your export was successful:
To retrieve your export, click on the tab at the far left that says Exports/Imports, where you will then see all of your exports over the past 5 days listed to the left, and all of your imports for the past 5 days listed on your right (the most recent ones at the top). Click on Download next to the file you just exported:
An Excel file will download listing all of your available order information. Please take a look at the attached sample file below.
This is NOT the file you will need to use to import tracking information and process your orders. To see instructions on how to complete this, please take a look at Ship Confirming Orders.
