There are several email notifications you could receive:
1. ALERT: ***You have LATE orders that need to ship out IMMEDIATELY***
If you receive this email it means you have orders that are still in CommerceInterface that have not yet been ship confirmed and you need to do so by following the instructions in this Knowledge Base article: Ship Confirming Orders. If you need to cancel these orders please follow the steps in this Knowledge Base article: Canceling Orders.
2. UI: Ship Confirmation ERROR
This email is to notify you that the tracking file you imported has some errors in it. The lines that contained no errors were already successfully imported, but you will need to select the File Name URL to open the file that contains all of the lines that had errors in them. The errors will be listed for you to correct, then save the file and try reimporting. Here is a list of the various error messages and what they mean:
3. ORDERS: ***Email Order Drop w/16 Orders - Batch #2***
This is the email notification you will receive when your Order Method is set to Email. It contains your Order file, Tracking file (Shipping), and your Packing Slips.
